To facilitate your arrival at the Crowne Plaza Milan Linate Hotel, we suggest an alternative to public transportation or shuttle (if arriving at Linate) by emailing your request to info@tourcarservice.com

Your request will be evaluated and you will receive a quote for your transfer.

If you are the only one to arrive at that time, TCS will hold your request on standby for 2-3 days, to be able to group other passengers and form one group, this would certainly reduce the cost of the trip.

Remember to also book the transfer from the hotel to the airport on your way home.

Tour Car Service works at the airports of BERGAMO ORIO AL SERIO (56 km from the Event location), MALPENSA (75 km) and LINATE (8.5 km). 

TCS staff will be present at arrivals with the Italian Championship logo and will have the passenger list for those who have booked that particular transfer.

You will pay before boarding according to the fare that the TCS operator will have emailed you.

Be sure to have the amount in cash to facilitate boarding.

If flights are delayed due to adverse weather conditions (e.g., fog, snow) Tour Car Service will still guarantee the transfer.
